These questions will help our team discern if further engagement is prudent for our pastoral search. We value your time and appreciate your responses. We expect that you would have preliminary questions for us as well, and we welcome the opportunity to share about our church family.

What adjectives would you use to describe yourself?
What is the most meaningful compliment you have ever been given? Why was it important to you?
What is the key to understanding the “real you” that most people miss?
What causes most of your frustrations, tension, and pressure? Why?
What brings you most of your pleasure, joy, and fun? Why?

What circumstances have led you to apply for this position at Hill Church? If you are currently leading a congregation, please share what is prompting you to explore a new ministry opportunity.
