Why join a small group?

Hill Church exists to make disciples of Jesus. One of the ways we are intentional with making disciples is through our Small Groups. In our small groups, the focus is not to consume more knowledge (although you will go through good studies together), but rather how we are putting our knowledge into practice. Our personal discipleship grows as we allow others to speak into our lives and hold us accountable to our personal plan of growth. In turn, our discipleship grows as we disciple others. Small groups allow everyone to be in a safe environment to practice both. As we approach small groups with a posture of humility, a willingness to be challenged and try new things, and with love and grace, God will do incredible things through your group experience.

We have several groups to choose from! Our Unique Groups serve a specific purpose, whether it's a stage of life group, or a group only offered at limited times. We also have Men's and Women's Groups, which are smaller and more intentional in our discipleship efforts. Then we have our Community Groups. If you're looking for a small group near where you live, we have a group for you!

God is inviting you into an intimate love relationship through which He reveals to you His will, His ways, and His work. When you recognize where God is working, you can join Him in what He is doing. Carefully listening to His voice will anchor you in His plan and set you free to live it with boldness and freedom. Then you will experience God doing through you what only He can do.

As Christians, sometimes we allow a pretty big divide to wedge between what we know and what we do. Sometimes we need an interruption to get our attention and remind us of our need to pursue God every day, to allow him to transform us into the people he's designed us to be. At 10 weeks, Rooted is a big commitment, but it might just be the interruption you need as it emphasizes 7 rhythms a committed follower of Christ builds into their daily lives.

4th SUNDAY EACH MONTH

Join us on the 4th Sunday of each month for Creative Works & Worship, where we will be using our skills and learning new things together, and also worshipping our loving Father who has blessed us with many talents. Men's Groups

Tuesday Night

Men gather together on Tuesdays at 6 PM to discuss what it means to be E.L.I.T.E.—Equipped to Lead, Influence culture, Teach truth, and Encourage others. Each week we open the Bible, talk honestly about real-life issues and leave with one doable challenge, plus a daily verse shared among 2-3 brothers for encouragement. It’s a confidential, come-as-you-are group where roots go deeper, friendships grow stronger, and our church + community are blessed through the men we’re becoming. Join us this Tuesday and take your next step.
